March 22, 2009

PoolThe Irish know all about the rugged beauty of nature and appreciate a great landscape, add in year round sunshine and fantastic beaches, and you can see why Lanzarote is such a popular destination for travellers from Ireland. Now a new weekly flight service from Ireland West Airport at Knock, will open the door for even more visitors to sample the delights of Sands Beach Resort Hotel in Costa Teguise.

Sunway Holidays have announced that from Friday June 12 to October 30, weekly flights will link the west of Ireland with Lanzarote. Marketing and Route Development Manager at Ireland West Airport, Annette Kearney, welcomed the new route “We are confident that the very popular Lanzarote programme will be well received by the public and travel agents in the region”

Costa Teguise appeals to a wide range of nationalities and Sands Beach Resort Hotel is pleased to see many Irish visitors return each year to enjoy the beachfront setting and family atmosphere.
