Our villas are on the ground floor, wheelchair accessible and can be reached from the parking lot and twice via the beach promenade.

This villa was completely renovated in 2021, has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. You have a modern equipped kitchen with an island desk and an American fridge-freezer. The "U" also has 2 bedrooms, but only one modern bathroom. But you have a very large living room with a large kitchen, where a washing machine, dryer and wine fridge are installed. Glass panes are attached from above, which let the house shine very brightly.
The terrace has been completely redesigned. A new BBQ, tiles and garden furniture invite you to relax.

We will soon be purchasing another property in this complex because we are convinced that we have the best complex in Playa Blanca that we have been looking for for a long time.
There is no quieter and at the same time more central holiday complex than this one.
Once you´ve been here, you´ll keep coming back. We promise!
There are no rental villas that are more centrally located.
The supermarket, which is also open on Sundays and the first restaurants are just 30m away. The fine gold-sandy beach Flamingo can be reached after 250m by the beach promenade. The center starts in 200m.
Don´t expect any noisy hotel here, you don´t have a look for sunbeds and loungers, you don´t need a car for your daily needs, you don´t have to queue for half-warm buffet. - You live quietly, centrally and, above all, you have your entire appartment and terrace to yourself.
